• Health Informatics EHR Education is requested through the Self-Service Portal.
• Click the Self-Service Portal button on the Home Page and then type "Education Request" into the search field. 
• Choose Health Informatics Education Request from the dropdown menu.
• A member of our team will receive the request and reach out to you to confirm!
