Clinical Charge Entry Overview Clinical Charge Entry is foundational for RevElate, our new clinically driven revenue cycle patient accounting system. Clinical Charge Entry improves the day-to-day workflow by integrating charges into the dynamic documentation workflow. When signing notes, providers will be automatically prompted to select and submit visit-level E&M and procedure charges performed at the patient bedside. Charges can be submitted immediately when the provider signs their documentation, helping to ensure appropriate visit-level charges are selected and associated with the respective note.
